Kairos Session organizes records shared between patient and professional through a linked code. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional judgment or the therapeutic relationship.

Records may contain sensitive information. Use only under professional responsibility and applicable confidentiality, consent, and data-protection rules.

Code-based link

Professional access is based on a code provided within a professional relationship. Kairos limits access through that link; it does not promise absolute anonymity from the professional, because the professional may know the patient's real identity outside the platform.

Terms of use

Kairos Session is software for organizing between-session records. It does not replace the therapeutic relationship, professional support, medical care, or professional judgment.

Compliance

Use of clinical records must align with confidentiality and informed consent rules in your jurisdiction.

Third-party access

Kairos does not provide records to third parties except under applicable legal obligation and authorized internal processes. Any external request must be reviewed according to law, consent, and internal policies.
