Kairos Session

Frequently asked questions

A short guide to what Kairos does, what the professional sees, its limits, and how records are handled.

What is Kairos Session?

It is a preparation and follow-up tool for support professionals. It organizes patient records into verifiable events to review patterns, quotes, and signals before session.

What does my therapist or professional see?

They see the records the patient shares through the linked code: date, intensity, body/emotional area, original text, and period organization. The professional decides how to use it in session.

What does Kairos not do?

It does not diagnose, replace therapy, replace urgent care, or produce forensic reports. Kairos helps organize information; professional judgment remains human.

What should I do in a crisis, abuse, suicide risk, or aggression?

Do not leave those issues only in Kairos. Contact your therapist, a trusted person, or local emergency services directly. Kairos is not an emergency channel.

How does the code work?

The code links your account with the professional who gave it to you. While the link is active, that professional can review records associated with the professional relationship.

What happens when I am unlinked?

The professional can deactivate a code to free a space. Kairos stops showing new records to that professional and the patient keeps access to their space according to the active flow.

What data can be exported?

The professional can download organized period records with quotes, date, intensity, and notes. The download is a support document, not a diagnosis or legal report.

How do I report a bug or incorrect classification?

Professionals can report it from settings or patient detail. Patients can report it from their record history.

Important

If you are in danger, thinking of harming yourself, suffered a serious aggression, or need immediate help, contact your therapist or emergency services. Kairos does not replace urgent care.
